PRIVACY NOTICE

(Intermediation of vehicle rental and tourism services)

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and other applicable laws in Mexico, Alquilery, acting as an intermediary and commission-based provider of tourism services, primarily car rental services without driver, hereby informs users, clients, and suppliers of the following Privacy Notice.

1. Data Controller

Alquilery is responsible for the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data obtained through its digital platforms, forms, electronic, telephone, or in-person channels, in connection with the intermediation, management, and coordination of tourism services.

2. Personal Data Collected

uilery may collect, directly or indirectly, the following personal data:

Full name
Contact phone number
Email address
Nationality
Travel information (dates, schedules, arrival location)
Information related to the service reservation
Tax information, when an invoice is requested

Alquilery does not collect or process sensitive personal data, such as full financial data, biometric data, health information, religious beliefs, political opinions, or union affiliations.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the legal relationship):
Personal data will be used to:
Process and manage quotation and reservation requests
Coordinate service provision with third-party suppliers
Contact the client for confirmations, changes, or clarifications related to the service
Issue tax invoices when requested
Comply with legal and contractual obligations

Secondary purposes (not necessary):

Additionally, personal data may be used for:
Sending commercial or promotional information
Service quality evaluations
Internal statistics and process improvement

If the data subject does not wish their data to be used for these secondary purposes, they may express this preference in accordance with the ARCO rights section below.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Alquilery may share only the strictly necessary personal data with third-party tourism service providers, such as vehicle rental companies, solely for the proper execution of the requested service.

Such data transfers do not require additional consent, pursuant to Article 37 of the Law, as they are necessary to fulfill a contractual relationship.
Under no circumstances will personal data be sold, assigned, or used for purposes other than those described herein.

5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

The data subject has the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO) to the processing of their personal data.

To exercise these rights, the data subject must submit a request to Alquilery’s official contact email, including:

Name of the data subject
The right they wish to exercise
A clear description of the request
A means to receive a response
Responses will be provided within the timeframes established by applicable law.

6. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Alquilery’s website may use cookies or similar technologies for functional and statistical purposes. Users may disable them through their browser settings if they so choose.

7. Changes to the Privacy Notice

Alquilery reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time in order to comply with legal reforms or operational changes. Any modifications will be made available through the company’s official channels.

8. Consent

By providing personal data through Alquilery’s contact channels, forms, or platforms, the data subject acknowledges and consents to the processing of their data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
